The so-called Talent program, which was worked out by us, is built around a decade of networking with universities and colleges. The relationship building started with the Technical University of Budapest, and gradually we contacted more and more higher education institutions. Currently we have established cooperation with 9 institutions of higher education, with which a cooperation agreement formalises our training program:

We also mutually support our partner institutions in professional competitions and competitions. Each year, about 10 students start their own university labs, which can apply for four professional groups. In these groups, where PLC, SCADA, MES and electrical systems are developed and developed. planning, assigning trainee students one mentor to accompany their mentor during the approximately one-year Talent program. During this time, students take part in internships in addition to their independent university lab training, which is completed in thesis writing. For this latter work, we also provide an external consultant to our highly experienced specialist. All of our trainees receive constant support from their mentor and regular feedback on their work.
Our “Talent” internship program is extremely popular with students, as we provide professional experience beyond industry-specific theoretical knowledge in an industrial setting. We expect young professionals to do real professional work, to solve a real technical problem. At the same time, we place great emphasis on community building. Students who successfully complete our degree program are usually offered employee status after graduation, after graduation.
